The local development preview runs without analytics or advertising trackers. Its enquiry form does not send details unless an endpoint is configured.
On the hosted site, validated enquiries are stored in MySQL for admin follow-up, then the PHP endpoint attempts an email notification to Teczo's inbox. Case study cover images are stored as private files on the hosting account. Career applications contain name, email, phone, optional portfolio link and introduction, résumé, optional supporting file, role and consent timestamp. Application records are stored in MySQL; attachments are stored in a private folder and available only to signed-in dashboard users. The final notice must document the operator, email and hosting providers, applicant retention and deletion periods, and access practices before launch.
